If it put all the game files onto a pendrive would i be able to play the game from it in college? o_O

Yes...if you could fit CoD4 on your flash drive; which now a days isn't very hard to do.

What about registries on the computer?

I did this with doom 1, we played it on lan when we had IT class. The fun thing was that the teacher had this monitor tool wich allowed him to see all our screens. What he didnt know was that when we where running doom in DOS it just gave him a black screen. I renamed doom.exe to for example powerpoint or word and he thought whe where all working.

It's limited to USB 2.0 speed. Will lag on most games..

go a step further and get a portable hard drive lol. iv been playing HL2, crysis, FEAR, and many more games without much lag (there computers suck).

I guess when I added the '2.0' I gave the impression I meant 480Mb/s or whatever the limit is..
