@Washing Hair

Hey sup mates.

Last few months I've been growing my hair.
Right now it is about 3 1/2 inches and it seems to coming along fine.
Yes I do have very curly hair, it turns into an afro when I pick it =O.

My question is is it really a bad thing to wash my hair too much? Ever since I started growing it I have been washing it about 4 times a week.
I've heard that doing it too much will make my scalp dry and such.

Also what is a good hair shampoo/conditioner? I've currently been using Tresemme because it smells good =/.

Pert Plus shampoo plus deep conditioner....and I don't have an issue with dry scalp.

I dont use shampoo anymore , just conditioner now..

you should wash it every other day
when u wash ur hair u get rid of these vitamins

im not saying dont shower just dont shampoo ur hair

My hair isn't long or short (nothing close to shoulder length) but it looks horrible if I don't shampoo every day. Looks like I didn't shower at all =|

then in ur case you have too much of this vitamin so your just fine
shampoo everyday and ull still have that natural glow

because after shampooing so much your scalp makes to much oil to make up for the daily stripping it takes like 2-6 weeks for it go normal.

I just wash it every morning, makes it smell good. I always feel like my hair is greasy if I don't wash it.

But to answer your question; I really have no clue. My scalp seems to be just fine, nothing too dry or whatever.

Not if it's short and/or extremely oily.

Most of these tips are for people with long hair because when you wash frequently you're washing away the natural oils which protect your hair and keep it healthy.

hmm would if i knew your ethnicity because different kinds of hair requires different kinds of maintenance. For all hair however its never good to wash it too much because that washes away the natural oils and does dry out the scalp.

if you got a sensative skalp just watch what stuff you use i try wash every other day keep unless iv been busy or sumit where everyday is better

t-gel is good if your having problems with your skalp

other then that i use head and shoulders

I wash my hair every 3 days. It's super long with occasional tight annoying curls. I use Pert plus when my hair color is wearing off and when I color my hair I have to use certain color treatment crap or I just use any color safe uber nice smelling stuff.

Anyway, I wash my hair everyday, its short i guess, but I never heard of it damaging or drying anything o.O

Make natural dreadlocks.

wash with soap or dreadlocks shampoo. It should look well.
