today during P.E we were using the ropes with the rings attached to them. as a final exercise for fun you take one ring with both hands and use your feet touching the ground to create an immense spinning motion. ever since my first year this has been my favorite exercise and i'm really good at it. but this time I got cocky and I kinda overdid it...now after 8 hours my head is still spinning D:
anyone happen to know how to fix it?
