Have you been there for like a vacation or something? It's actually a great environment for young people because there's a lot of stuff to do when your with your girlfriend/boyfriend, good shopping, good entertainment, a lot of parks, exercising.
But sometimes I feel living in NYC is somewhat getting crowded.
And yea, I live in New York City.
OT: I would like to stay in New York City for now ^_^

2 Places I have always wanted to visit where Tokyo and Miami. So settling down there might not be so bad. ;o

Hmm tbh, I have never wanted to live to NYC (or inside any city for that matter), mostly because it seems too crowded, especially Queens. + the weather..but thats just me though =p. ATM im living in a DC suburb (Northern VA) and its nice here, not too crowded, but not a ghost town either. But If I could move, I'd like to live in Miami, FL or in the suburbs of San Francisco, Cali.

I really like Leiden. I want to study there, but the only study I want to do is only taught in Groningen.
Leiden is, imo, the more 'serene' Amsterdam. It's more small scale, which I like. It's also very possible to be a student and live right in the middle and still be able to afford it. My father lives in the very center. Very idyllic at night. It looks like the stereotypical Amsterdam canal houses, but better.
I also like the type of students Leiden attracts, plus Leiden university has a much better name internationally than Groningen.

Some place quiet in a decent sized house with a decent piece of land.
Location is secondary to those things.

I'd love to live in Kyoto or Tokyo..
But first I'll have to stay real so I'd say either Steenwijk, Zwolle or Wolvega(not even a city lol)
And later I wanna settle in Las Vegas!!

Doubtful, Leiden doesn't have the study I want. In the end education is going to win it over location. Farking Leiden should start an International Relations bachelor. Their master is too expensive for Dutch standards anyways.

Seriously, I'd want to live in the village that Tom Cruise gets taken to in The Last Samurai. Nice and peaceful. Or the Village that Jet Li stays at in Fearless

Interesting because I've always heard it was the other way around. Having worked at the local amusement park for two summers in a row, the only "outsiders" I don't like are idiot tourists who refuse to be aware of their location and just look themselves for napkins or the bathroom. And usually those tourists are americans themselves, the Europeans that come are usually the best tourists.
