Skip management and marketing, simply because every course offers these and they end up being retarded and worthless. People just throw the term into everything nowadays.
you should do accounting or finance, they are highly in demand now and in the future.

Accounting: Preparing financial statements, balance sheets, does the bookkeeping, aka cash flows, income, expenses, crunches numbers for the company. Every company will require at least one accountant.
Finance: Mostly jobs in the banking industry, deals with rates, stocks...etc.
Marketing: Coming up with new ads, finding new potential markets, users, consumers, perhaps even coming up with products, finding needs that haven't been satisfied by consumer...etc.
Management: Not sure about this, i am guessing this is "Human Resources" because bachelor of commerce can decide to major into either Accounting, Finance, Marketing and HR (at least here). If it's HR, then they deal with hiring and firing people, as well as knowing employees rights, benefits, representing them to the company in case of conflicts and such.
I myself am entering into my 3rd year out of 4 into B.o.C, and decided to major into Accounting, not that easy but like jstar said, they are in demand. If you are majoring into something i would suggest either Accounting or Finance. If you need a elective for credits, prolly go for HR courses, because they are the easiest IMO.
