Who cooks in your household? How often? Do you go out to eat more or cook at home more?

My mom usually cooks, this being a typical asian household, although I cook when mom's running late.

Just finished dinner, made a broiled catfish fillet doused with soy sauce and braised lettuce

Took like 30 minutes max.

I like cooking. But I don't do it enough so I can't really cook much = p.

My Mom or Dad cook. We normally only have like 1 "real" meal a day for supper. My Dad's a much better cook then my mother though, so is my older brother.

I EAT at home more. But don't cook at home more xD

I sometimes cook when my mother comes home late from work. I like cooking, especially if I experiment around with spices and things.

my mom cooks, but when im sick of the food at home, I force myself to eat it, or go out. I can cook easy stuff and bake stuff, like cookies, mac n cheese, and stuff like that lol. grill too

My story is like yours, just add some Indian in there and the fact i suck at cooking.

when my parents were together my parents seemed to split the cooking...

when it was just my mom and us and we were young, she did all the cooking...

Then she cooked like 3x a week and let us do the rest of the cooking...

Who cooks in your household? My Mom when I'm home for vacation, My gf when we're away.
How often? Uhh Mom cookes most of the time, My gf cooks most of the time unless she's sick or busy with work, than I whip something up.
Do you go out to eat more or cook at home more? Home @ both fronts.

When I am at my mothers house, its her or my stepfather

My stepfather is way better when it comes to meat and the grill and my mother is better when it comes to spaghetti and stuff like that.

I cook sometimes when my stepfather or mother is late from work but I can only do easy stuff like pasta.

Since my father isnt working since he has some problems with his heart, it is always him that cooks.

If I've to do make my food I'd die.
to give you all an example... I was alone at home in January, I wanted to eat a salad of lettuce and tomatoes and I didn't know how to do it.
I was going to put the lettuce and the tomatoes directly on my mouth. xD
to sum up, I google it. xD

I'd die if I lose mom.

Mondays and Wednesdays i cook (i have work at 6pm, when my parents are about to get home). All i cook is chicken breast with rice/pasta/vegetables.. but meh.

I dont mind cooking for myself but I dont ever cook for anyone else.. hate that.

@home mum or sister cooks, we eat out around once a week usually on a weekend.

@college i eat out about 6 days a week and the other day i just eat snacks or beans and toast.

@my villa in florida i eat out 7days a week, went there with friends and one thought you could put eggs straight into the microwave in the shell, what a retard i know. they just blew up lol that shows why i eat out xD

When I'm at home and my mom isn't there: either me or my dad cooks.
When I invite friends: I cook.

I love to cook but I hate the cleaning up afterwards.

I cook. My mom can't cook for shit tbh. When I'm lazy I let her cook, but it's always bad. Woman has no creativity or any idea of what goes well together.

I'm Asian, and everyone in our family knows how to cook.
each and every one of us has its own favorite style of cooking.
My dad specialty is cooking rice, hes has the best cooked rice in the entire subdivision. we dont use rice cooker, its for the electricity bill.
My moms special on soups and other recipe with liquid on it.
idk about my 2 sis, but my specialty is Frying, i got one of the best timings and i dont overcook dishes. the best part is i dont use the thermometer and clocks, i used instincts.

My mom or sisters usually cook, but my dad is great at cooking chicken/potatoes/sausages. I only have to pour rice in the rice cooker and pour water on it =P. But i know how to cook some stuff too
