i don't get the difference........all i know is every torrent they have is trusted but still is it needed? if i had a code to register i could comment on it but otherwise i just check the comments like everyone else should.

well because someone was nice enough to send me a invite i checked it out. i find no difference between the sites i use and them. but however they had seeders going on a really old torrent that wouldn't happen anywhere else so that's a plus

Some torrents require users to be registered to download. Private torrent trackers provide faster downloads (more seeders) since users are required to meet a ratio or be banned. (Edit: Also, as you mentioned above, older torrents will also most likely have seeders after a long time to keep ratio high) Demonoid is actually not very strict compared to other private trackers but it is a good starting point for someone that's looking into getting into more private torrent sites. (like waffles.fm, what.cd, bitme.org and others)

Just so you guys know demonoid is over rated, i get better results finding things on a public tracker. And i've rarely gotten a speed thats better than public trackers. The seed ratio doesn't even matter btw.

I don't use demonoid because people say it's great or whatever. They usually have all the stuff I want and if they don't I go to isohunt or mininova. It's nothing more then a third option of the 2.

Yah, I use TT, Demonoid, Pirate Bay (*cry*) and Mininova.
