wonder why people like a certain song because of the lyrics? As long as the melody is good I honestly dont care what the lyrics are. Plus, half the rock songs you have, you cant even hear what they are singing

I listen more to the lyrics than the beat.

My father is a hard rocker and he can hear what the Death Metal guys singing without problem.

Although sometimes a few lines don't make any sense so the lyrics of the whole song is needed to have a meaning. But tl;dr it is. :/
