How do I read it?

From right to left?

Its usually from bottom right going up.

Right to left indeed, but not bottom-up.. Top-bottom is the way.

If you have the book:
Text: Left->right
Start with the spine of the book facing right

first, is it real japanese? if it is manga online, they can go left to right too...

Then it depends if it's manga or manhwa.. Manga goes right-left, manhwa goes left-right.

I don't know about other manga sites, but onemanga.com has something at the top of the page saying which way that specific manga is read.

+1 to Joey, I use OneManga.com too and it always says how to read, and it's mostly right to left...
(at least at the mangas I've read there)
