Max daily should be 2300mg; which you should really aim for like 2k. Yeah, If you just have two of those you're pretty close lol.

I like salty fries

Let me tell you something about Malaysian KFC, the actual size of the products sold there is so small in comparison to those in other country. I personally rarely ever visit a KFC in Malaysia (something like once out of 4 years?) because of it's misleading advertisements. Shit is always like 1/2 size of what's shown on posters/commercials. So, chances are the salt:size ratio is still the same.

Maybe Malaysian KFC is being cheap on it's salt too? ;D

first thing i noticed when i came to canada was how small the mcdonald burgers were compared to those in china.

Really? I thought they were normal... maybe a tad bit smaller on some burgers even.

Wow..that's a lot of freakin salt. It's not surprising though, there's an absurd amount of salt in almost all processed or ready made foods. I was going to buy a can of tomato sauce the other day, as opposed to making my own. I couldn't find a prepared tomato sauce with less than 19% of daily recommended values. Disgusting if you ask me, I don't even salt my tomato sauce, the flavor is much better without it. And forget eating soup from a can or a restaurant, it's like drinking a hot cup of brine with chunks.

i would agree but today i had one in Burlington and it was the best one i've seen ever, almost like the commercial.
