I don't know if it was made before (I guess it is old) but oh well here goes.
My friend is called harry hoolly wood, he likes certain objects and hate other ones even when they are sometime similar to them and you have to figure out why.
You can ask if he likes a thing or not.
Some few hints:
He likes apples but not oranges.
He likes mirror but not lens.
He likes streets but not roads.
He likes trees but not shrubs.

He only likes things with double letters in the middle of the word.

Did you solve it or have you heard it before?
I found it very hard to solve because the person who told it to me didn't write any thing and his hint was:
he hates evil and likes good but he hates god and likes wickedness

I looked at the hint words and noticed the double letters.

I guess it is easy when it's written it took me an half an hour solving it because I was focused with the "he hates evil and likes good but he hates god and likes wickedness" part and I didn't think it was about the words.

Oral. The game/riddle is called Moonpennies - well, that's what we call it. The key is to make the person think there's a relationship between the two words. "I have some moonpennies and I can buy coffee but not tea." ... Grass but not leaf. Poop but not shit (this one throws people off all the time).
