have you ever left work early because someone pissed you off? i just did it because i was tired of people's bullshit as i am the youngest one working there.

Yes I have left work early because I was mad about something, but I also used to have an exempt position where I could come and go as I pleased

lol iirc your younger than me , i did this morning but after lunch i just got tired of their bullshit. i can sorta leave if i wanted to my dad is kinda like the shop boss and whatever but i freaked out at him i don't think he thought i would take it seriously when he said if you dont wanna work go home then. maybe next time he will be a little wiser.

heh obviously you guys don't really understand because i didn't tell you the whole thing but after 2-3 months of being picked on and told what to do in the rudest possible manner without ever a thanks or please you start to get pissed off. yes Ryoko i did prove it but it's not the first time anyone has done it but this is only a small shop of 3 people on the commercial side. maybe i am in the wrong on this one sure. but i wasn't in the mood today after 2-3 months of it enough is enough.

lol ok let me get right on that, you do know about the recession right? it's kinda hard to get a job in my area right now let alone the fact im only like a 2nd year apprentice.. and i don't get my full license till january.

no i never left work, my group is located at the most isolate area in the building, it takes 5 min for my boss to get from his office to where we sit and we always see him comming so we do wat ever we want

Nope; suck it up. If it's a co-worker, don't take shit lying down - be passive-aggressive or confront them - it's not like he/she's your boss. If it is your boss, you need to learn to ignore him/her then.

But I did leave work early because I was feeling lazy - I make deals with co-workers. They sleep for 3 hours while I handle the paperwork, reports and clients (not really, night shift is all about watching movies and Entourage for hours) and I get to leave work 3 hours early.

remember 2 things,

1. you are there to work.
2. no1 there really matters.

when i get angry and frustrated, i immediately stop talking and just laugh a little. it calms you down so much.

then quit acting like a 4 year old, throwing tantrums, then walking out. You realize the only reason you're able to get away with something like this is cause your dad is the boss. If you were anywhere else your ass would be fired and out of a job. I find it hilarious that you know how hard it is to find a job yet you take your for granted.

honestly some ppl need to live in the dirt for awhile to appreciate how good they have it, i'd give my leg for that kind of job security right now.
