Do they honestly think it's just one person behind any attack? There are hundreds.. no, probably thousands of people who have access to botnets to take any site offline for whatever reason they see fit, I know two personally. (one of them held some popular marijuana site for "ransom", no idea if he got the money though lul)

I highly, highly doubt that NK is taking down US government websites. It's probably a bunch of random american people DDoSing the sites for their giggles, and apparently only the government sites are noticed by the bbc? ;o
