Yep, i basicly mailed the guy once every 3 days since i dint receive the item after 12 days.
In the last email he told me to wait an other 10 days, but i believe paypal has a 40 day limit on chargebacking.
So i'dd rather charge the money back, and mail the seller telling him that if i still receive the item, i shall transfer the money after it.
So atleast my money would be save.

Clever thinking and quite a good tip!
But i don't know whether ou can chargeback with a bank account. You could always try it.

The problem is- i dont know how

Do i need to call paypal to tell them to do it or something like that ?
I believe with a credit card you can just go to your history, and chargeback any certain payment you want, cant find this option with a bank account connected to your paypal.

Yeah, you could always call paypal, explain them the problem and ask what you can do about that!

walk into the branch bank that is linked to your paypal account , tell them what happened , I think they can reverse the funds , and will contact paypal stating why.
