Leaving Bluetooth On

Does leaving your Bluetooth on on your Mobile Phone really waste the battery? My friends tell me it does, but I've never noticed any difference. I asked them why they always turn their Bluetooth off, and they say because it wastes the battery. I have my Bluetooth turned on permanently. Maybe it gives off radiation or something? ^^

It uses more battery, not much extra though.

Just turn it off, and turn it on when you need it.

Doesn't make much difference, if you always recharge your battery every day/night.

Maybe it searches for other bluetooth constantly or something..and that runs the juice down..idk
