Hello Everyone, Recently I just bought 2 Ipod from Ebay 2-3 weeks ago...But I have problem with delivery that I don't receive my items...
So I try to contact with the seller..and they said they already delivery my items..they also said I should receive my items within 2-3 days this mean I should received my items by now...They told me to go to the local postoffice to ask the manager about my problem...So I did went to the postoffice and the post manager told me that they dont have my items...my question is i got scam?

report it, me personally threatened the guy till he sent my ps3 game....psssst nerds these days

Ive also bought an item on Ebay lately, the seller handles everything well, but i still dont have my item. the thing is, this guy has 132 positive comments, 0 complains or anything.

I hope ill get my item shortly will just wait a few days more

Was 5-12 days for me, then 4-5 more days because the company shipping it had some problems - as i was told.
But as i said, the seller has a good history, so i dont see any reason not to trust him

Well there is a flaw in ebay. If you blame postage you could get away with it.

The problem is: the tracking website said it already delivery to my house...and how come I still dont recive my items

can anyone prove that it's fake tracking website or it's real?

BTW I contact the post manager but he seem to doesn't do anything...He told me he will contact me later by phone but been wating like 5 days now and nothing happen

Ugh the USPS, your item might've been delivered to the wrong house. You could recieve it in 3-6 weeks as this has happened to me before. I only trust FedEx shipping now.

UPS is also reliable. Have had quite a few items delivered though them and no problems.

I hate how ebay doesn't allow for bad feedback anymore, now-a-days everybody seems like a good person to buy from.

So should I chargeback? Because one of my friend said the seller will win even if I chargeback cuz they have the prove of tracking number that delivery to my house....and i don't have any prove that I don't receive my items:(

BTW...Can I call my Bank Account to help me out?

No matter what you do he will still win, he has proof that it was shipped to your house, even though postal fcked it up, you gotta deal with them
