From my experience, similar methods work. Don't know about that second video though... I prefer Tai Chi.

OMG i did it

. I did someone practices like videos in youtube say and I could feel my Qi. When i put my hands face to face, I feel an invisible elastic force like magnetic, hands feel like there are ants moving on, a bit hotter. As I breath in the force draw, breath out the force push. If you are in a dark room, or put a gray background, you'd see like a flow of air move from this hand to other hand.

wow this is so awesome!! If I keep doing this I'll raise my chi level and become like goku and be able to do a kamehameha right??

Nope, all refer to the same thing, but ppl choose to pronounce it differently. "Q" in chinese pronounce"ch" in english, but "K" is like "Q" if they don't want to pronounce it like the chinese

i know what ur talking about silo, yeah i tried qi gong a while back, you can allow the qi build up between your hand and it will naturally push your hands apart
for the rest dont be hating cuz u dont know da qi
