not everyone in the US knows what digital cable is or how to work it. That should be extremely obvious especially considereding the amount of people who made the switch, my grandmom was probably one of the callers. This isn't even mentioning that 700,000 people is less than 1% of the population...

Lol just because people are confused about something this big doesnt mean they are dumb...there alot worst countries out there by far...
