Silkroad Online Forums

So we all played silkroad at some point. I know all the people that I like or know here in OT don't play Silkroad anymore, but what level (of insanity) did you reach before you quit?

I think I have come close to 60, which I think is pretty sick, considering it takes like a full ~8 hr grind to level.
God, how could I play that garbage. I'm glad I never spent money on it.

52, I played back in late 05.

Great times, I miss my clan.

24 in regular and 30 something in Fembria. Couldn't wait so much to log on and didn't have people to speak to. Got too bitter to play the game so I switched MMOs. I'm glad I've quit all of my MMO activities.

51? 52? something like that. Went to WoW, haven't looked back.

55? boring. too many tur.. annoying people.

My first char was 70, stopped. 1 Year later I decided to play again, but I forgot my old user/pass... got to 57 and said to myself.. **** THIS.

Never had a capped char but w/e

First char lvl 62, second char lvl 54

32 with a blader... gave up. then 42 with a bard... gave up. move to wow and got to lv 80 in 13 days with little or no experience.

Thats why i play eve, a game with no levels.

84, quit, went to WoW.

Now I am much happier and I feel like my money is not being wasted.

93, I do miss the good old days.

77 at the 80 cap, saw things going downhill, quit.

75 in fembria, 55 in isro. I had lots of 4x in isro though :\

51. Was a blader, but quit after being bored to death. All i did was grind for hours, come back to town with pots, grind for even more, did a trade run or two, but get pwned in the process. It was too repetitive especially with all the botters around there was no use in competing

I got to 74 with my Warrior, then 72 with my Wizard, then 80 with my Warlock...
Moved back to Guild Wars, not planing to return back to SRO

40-something on a rogue

and 36 on my first charecter which was a glaiver

Had 3 level 90 characters.. quit after new years though. I heard some got banned in the meantime as well.. for inactivity or something, didn't bother to check.

I think I remember getting to 25-30.

Shit got old fast. And by fast I mean it took me a few weeks to figure out how much time I was wasting for 1 speck of experience. Forget spending money on that garbage to level faster. I find it hard to believe these days that people actually have a hard time getting on servers now.

Eventually 69 on a blader @ 80 cap.

All I ever wanted was full 8 degree set and I accomplished that at least. After playing for 2 years. Heavily underfarmed, fire was main element and it was at level 52 or something still.

God I think grinding in SRO was literally the biggest waste of time I ever had. I was playing and I didn't have any fun doing it, grinding for 8hr a day for months just to level.

76 at the 80 cap, got tired of being one of the few few few legits and fighting for a place to farm. soooo, I quit and play WoW now. much much much better.

I can't believe I wasted so much time with SRO when there was WoW =\

Got the cool new daggers for my Rogue, realized the entire SRF guild had quit, and so logged out for the last time myself.

Before that a 44~ish glavier on Xian. Good times.
