As a Washington state resident, it isn’t likely he’ll be legally allowed to collect rainwater any time soon. Recent efforts to get minor exceptions to the ban on rainwater harvesting in Washington and Utah failed.

Yeah the same!, the stupidest thing I've ever heard today.
Same. This takes greed to a pretty good level. There's no way people didn't see how ridiculous this is how did it still get passed as a law in the first place?

Yes, that's incredible, and not only is that crazy, it's just wrong. No one owns a rain cloud/rainwater

Most of your posts make you look like a whining bitch too.

Take it out before it gives you anal cancer.
ON TOPIC: This makes me want to collect rainwater. People seriously come up with the dumbest shit. Then again, maybe this is what local government officials do to kill time and distract people from the important issues in boring and shitty states like Colorado - dig around for some insane old "law" and drag it out of its paper grave. There are some pretty ridiculous laws passed in the past which people don't even pay attention to nowadays because they simply don't apply to our time. For example, there's one here in New York which tells people how long the stick used to beat the wife should be. There's even one in (IIRC) New Jersey which states that people have the right to fish.
Lax ask your mommy and daddy to get you a pennor pump for your birthday. Maybe you'll become less of a moody whining jackass when you don't have to compensate for your shortcomings.

Why would i compensate?
Anyways, theres no more point in me arguing with you guys. I'm obviously not going to win (not like a give a fuck).
This argument was more about throwing stupid insults at me than actually arguing.
How on earth can rain water belong to anyone? It comes down from the sky/clouds and just hits the earth, it doesn't matter where it lands it will just get soaked up by the earth or evaporate on concrete.
