The story really made me wonder. Why would someone who is a promoter of the shaolin methods and was proclaiming to "re-invent" himself, starting a new part of his life, etc. Suddenly commit suicide... There was no sigh of struggle, but something just seems too fishy for me.

but seriously read about this on the BBC, suicide is an awful way to go...

Hmm BBC also says that he was found naked with the rope tied around other parts of his body up to his neck. I dunno... even if I were to commit suicide, why would i strip down first and play dress-up with a rope before hanging myself. The only explanation I could come up with would be that he had a REALLY bad "trip" or something and decided to kill himself. This coming from him saying he's quit drugs though.

I personally think suicide is stupid. Like RIP and all, but what a dick way to go out.

I don't think he kills him self.He live in USA what the fack would he kills him self in other country when he makes a new movie..no really.

You don't really know what his state of mind was really, you can't really say you know him, because he was an actor. All you see is a successful actor who has had a good life, but on the inside he could be very unhappy.

I just read something on a Dutch news site that he might have also died due to hart failure as a cause of orgasm.
Sources say that the rope was tied around his neck, hands and penis.

^ This. I think it's called auto asphixiation...some people have a fetish for being choked or strangled. Not neccessarily the smartest thing to participate in if you're alone, but we don't if he was alone (if someone else was there they may have fled the scene) At least he died doing something he loved, it's better than him being miserable and committing suicide I suppose.

If his hands were also tied then more then likely someone else was there with him.

Not really, Thailand isnt really the safest place. There are girls that bait guys in and do things.

hmmm seeing that my sister lived there for over a year im going to go ahead and disagree with you.....yeah......

aside from recently rebel activity its a pretty safe country, you'd probably have a worse time in the streets of NY then there...

Meh, idc if you disagree. But your basically saying theres no prostitutes that would harm their customer. Could have easily gotten one and things went sour, whether on purpose or not.

not saying there are no prostitutes that would harm their customer, though from a business stand point that wouldn't be very lucrative, im just saying that things like that are not any more common in Thailand than they are here. Your post seemed to imply that just because it was Thailand stuff hookers killing clients is common place. Im saying that after talking to someone who lived their for over year, made thai friends, experienced the culture, enjoyed the late night thai lifestyle, that your statement seems to be a misconception...

Actually the bigger the tourist city, the better it would be to **** the customer over. Most of their profits will come from tourist. Thus, if they hook up, than go and rob them blind and leave them for dead, it won't really hurt their profits, but rather help it. If they didn't, than the tourist would just leave soon after. They're basically milking the cash cow for as much as possible regardless. It also depends where you go in thailand too. Same as everywhere else.

then by that logic prostitutes killing their customers would be a much more common problem in NY than in thailand since its a much bigger tourist attraction...
