Question About Forum's Stylesheet

ok So i somehow got into developing websites and stuff, I made a phpbb forum. And I was actually just kinda wondering.
<--- The sidebar on here with all the Links to the Forums. Does anyone know how to put that into a stylesheet? I tried with this http://www.phpbb.com/styles/demo/3.0/?style_id=10
but it's not working out to well =[ i want it to be Next to the Forums Like on here.
