Anyone knows any program to create a graphic animation and the output will be shown in desktop of Window XP, instead of in a program window?

Gimp, and convert it into a gif animation?

take a standard animation picture and save it to your computer (anywhere is fine)open it then just right click the picture and hit set as background. if thats what you want

there was a program that you could play movies on your desktop but forgot were it was. it was with visual c# programing stuff.

No, it not a picture or a GIF in background, but the screen as the output. Like i'm typing atm to make a post and i can still see the animation floating in front.
It's more likely an execute file EXE than any file that need to be run through a program.
I don't have any example right now, so it's a bit hard to explain.

Yes, any programs can do that?

i found irfanview to be easiest :S open up the slideshow function (file->slideshow)
can use music too but you cant really move it around :S you can set where it appears if windowed, or make it fullscreen

but its just a exe of animation + song, it wont be interactive like esheep, to do something like that you need to code program yourself :S

I used irfranview's slideshow function, and then resource hack to add the .ico to the file

But that program only works on images? Can you make text to float around or make effects like photobucket?

you can add comments, thats about it

if you want text floating, best to do it as animation and just run it as a gif or something
you could do same with swf and convert flash to exe, that would be easier probably

edit: or another thing is make a powerpoint file and convert that to an exe... but i don't know why you would prefer powerpoint but making text float around is something powerpoint does fairly well
