Need free Firewall

My norton 360 firewall has expired and I don't have any money to renew it. is there any good free firewall? I really need to find one asap.

No matter what others will say, this is the best, free firewall out there:

http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/I'm quite happy with it, the only thing you absolutly have to do is shut off the defence+ security once installed. That stuff blocks you from doing pretty much anytihng on your computer.

Comodo pwns.
Just have to install, and that is the best free protection you can get.
Just need to turn off the D+, because it spams for every action made on your computer.

Comodo is definitely the best free and beats most paid ones. Very light on resources, very secure. Paired with AntiVir your computer is very safe.

Comod is a pretty good one, as others have said. If you find it too annoying, you could try this:

It's only annoying the first 5 minutes after install, just turn off the alerts.

I don't use protection, such a hassle. If shit goes wrong I just format it all, I like clean installs every once in a while anyways.

i like the old sygate firewall :S yeah i know its old but it still works...
comodo is nice too, just never got around to switching from sygate since i havent had problems

um... so that article just points out that installing comodo also offers to change your homepage and asks if you want to install a toolbar?
not exactly something to worry about, just say no and continue installation
kerio is also a decent firewall but i'd probably stick to comodo if not for sygate
kerio is sunbelt firewall now i think

ZoneAlarm lagged my PC months ago and never had a firewall - just the Windows one. I guess I'm getting Comodo too.
