I actualy wouldn't mind eating that kind of stuff (most of it). The only thing I don't like is that they always chop off the legs and so while they are still alive...

animal such as cow, pig, chicken at least got vaccine or got examined by a medical service before they are sold.

you clearly aren't familiar with the meat packing industry. A colleague of my father worked as a health inspector for cattle, the only test they had to pass was if the animal could make it up a ramp and into the truck it could be sold, some literally stumbled and fell their way to the top of the ramp....its not nearly as clean as you are assuming...

im sure they don't just go outside and pick up insects to put on food. They probably breed them, same as any other animal that we consume. Insects are quite clean when kept in sterile environments, most, like cats, clean themselves regularly which is more than alot of ppl can say....

Looks interesting. I wouldn't pass on trying it out if someone offered. Can't judge a book by it's cover...in most cases.

People tend to forget that around the world insects are enjoyed with meals or as snacks...

The tough thing most people have getting around is the whole thought process of it being an insect.

Going along the lines of: "Omg, it's a bug, it's already f***ing disgusting." They see it as something you step on instead of a thing you can eat.
