Resident Evil : Degeneration
Well i just saw this today, and i have to
say that i am quite well and truly shocked. Its actually a very good film and
helps to film in some of the events after Resident Evil 4 and some more background
on umbrella.
All in all the movie felt like one big video cut scene but this wasnt a bad thing
at all as the CGI employed was some of the best i have ever seen. Also true to
RE style capcom filled in most dialogue and made it over the top and extremely
corny (but its what you expect).
True to style this film is over the top but the action scenes are amazing especial
the last 1/3 of the film against the G-Type. All in all this is good movie, and
is much better then the live action American Resident Evil movies.

Every chick looks like a porn star.
Leon is also some sort of super hero.
I enjoyed the live action ones better.

I didn't really like Leon, he alwals seems to be in the same pose, same mood, same w/e, just seemed a lil annoying.
I miss the old simple zombie infection and hunters/chimeras/sharks/giant snake.
I want a normal Resident Evil 1 Movie, based of the game!

It was pretty cool.
Felt like I was watching a videogame all the time though, was a bit.. awkward.
Nevertheless quite enjoyable

Sidenote: I was really disappointed with the new Resident Evil game, I mean it was sweet, but after you played it for a few hours you didn't really have a desire to play it anymore. At least I didn't.

Actual Resident Evil : 0,1,2,3,Code Veronica.
4 & 5 yea there fun to play but its not even phucking resident evil anymore. They needed to keep umbrella, They needed to keep the original viruses. The "Los Ganados" or w/e the phuck there calling them now aren't that much different than zombies but its still stupid and they should have kept it to zombies. In code veronica Wesker did have some of his crazy super hero bullshit powers but now its just out of control, its phuckin stupid. As for the movies phuck Paul Anderson and his stupid bullshit he calls resident evil those are a phuckin joke too. Outbreak,gun survivor,dead aim, and the other knock offs they had are garbage too. Resident Evil ended with Code Veronica. I blame the matrix because i know the people at capcom seen the movie and were like "omg we have to give that shit to wesker". I was having a good day too now im just pissed off lol reminding me of all this.

It was the first RE movie where the guy was sliced with the laser. Apocalypse was 2nd ;d.
1st one really disapointed me, some kind of a giant licker as a big bad guy thing -.-, WHY couldn't there just be a tyrant, I mean who knows about RE and makes a movie with a licker as the boss. Bad enough to just completely go off the storyline but cmon, have the stuff that actually makes it what it is.
RE movies just annoy me >.>, they need to remake em lol.
Resident Evil 4 Style gameplay with actual zombies and T/G virus infected things would of been nice, but then again its less of an actual horror survival kinda. The newer parasite inflected things are meh, you might as well just be fighting slow bad guys with weapons.

The only thing I didn't dig about the last live action RE movie is how a lot of people seemed to die for the sake of dying. And then whats her face had magical powers from being exposed to the virus and not mutating into a disgusting monster.
The killer crow swarm made me laugh too.

I think they way they have progressed has been good, its been a linear story line
and as such time as moved on and things have changed quite a bit.
Saying that if there is a Resident Evil 6 would be interesting to see where it
goes

Well the movie is pretty good. I missed some things cos I'm not really familiar with the story but still the movie was nice.
