This is stupid, they PICK players from lower league and college teams?
its why NFL is full of fail. They need to set up more leagues for lower tiers
and get rid of this college draft bullshit.

Well do what most other sports do, start up academys to train up younger players,
make more then one fraking official league so you have different tiers of players
via their quality. Otherwise American "Football" just carries on being seen as
a joke sport thats glorified rugby in the rest of the world.

you see that one mode of selecting players to join a nfl team and you critizise(dunno how to spell it) the whole league and how the game works??
i bet you didnt know there are also other ways of recruiting players... judging from your posts...

College players are at/reach the NFL level, or think they are, and enter the draft. Its as simple as that. Going to add the other rounds.

People here are picked by selectors at University/Highschool games here. As in a lot of sports.
