I have a friend who I do business back and forth with in Japan. She says Japan isn't really effected by the recession. No one she knows is effected nor is she. I've seen no signs of them suffering any either and relatively I keep up to date with their news. Sure, I could be wrong and if they are, it's not enough to make any of them be as concerned as the rest of the world.
But anyway, lets keep politics in the ugly corner, neh?

too bad the legs are just movable decorations. the spider itself is a raised platform and probably moved around by wheels.
