I hate water pipes, they make me sick and the smoke stinks.
It really does taste like what it says though, was really surprised by that. Anyways, I could somehow enjoy a whiff of mint.

Rose(not many people like it...but it was my first). Double-apple, Passion Fruit, and Mango come close behind. In that order.
Also, +1 to the chronic suggestion. That, or using Vod for water.

Hookah/Shisha is popular in the Middle East where it's called a Nargileh. It is a water pipe. People think it looks like a large bong.

One of my friends has one of those things from Turkey
We smoked apple and strawberry a few times, I liked the strawberry taste alot.

They probably get headspins. People get it from rich cigarettes if they haven't been smoking for a while.
