Go to control panel, speech recognition, text to speech

vista is controlpanel>text to speech and you can type waterver in and the voice says it.. its win we do it in typing class and the teacher gets so mad.

3 years ago, i got a program, but i forgot the name, that allows me to send command. For example, I talk "open Winamp", it opens winamp, "launch xyz", it launches, "close smt", etc... it also allows to type the text i said.
Dragon talking desktop is great but it's 900Mb. I need a smaller size program, but still do the job.

you can do that with SAPI programming. Require Speech Recognition SDK

Open a notepad, write:

Code: Select all

Dim message, sapi
message = InputBox ( "Entrez le texte que vous voulez parler", "Speak Cette")
Ensemble sapi = CreateObject ( "sapi.spvoice")
sapi.Speak message

Then save as a .vbs file and execute it.
