Well if you get a forman grill than there are a lot of options. Steak, fish, burgers, pretty much anything really. As for the microwave? Meat pies go well, same with sausage rolls, even easy mac.

Microwave meals... hmm there's plenty in the frozen food aisle. Lasagna, Spaghetti, Mac n Cheese, Two-Minute-Noodles. The list is endless.

Fried Egg Sandwich.

Fry an egg. Take two pieces of bread, mayonnaise on them, put egg in between, enjoy.

Better with toasted bread and cheese instead of mayo.

go to the butcher and get loaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaads of meat.
For some variety you can also make a simple salad with eggs & tomatoes, ...

I think you can also make pancakes.

Uhrg, microwave meals are so Farking disgusting.

Since I live sort of alone I also had to resort to easy mode meals, but I just can't eat that shit up. I took a lot of different stuff since it was like 3-5 euro per meal, but I had to throw it all away cause it sucked so much.

If I want an easy meal nowadays I get some of those beef 'stripes' (dunno how to translate, 'runderreepjes') and a wok mix. Throw it all together and you have a good meal in 10 minutes.
