Get her a bracelet or ring maybe. Plus some alcohol. I recently bought my girlfriend a bracelet, some Vodka and a 3 night stay in Noosa with me. It was good. I used the money the Australian Gov't gave me though :)

If you get a ring size to small or too large I'm pretty sure that they can make it hot again and then it becomes expandable.

As for the Vodka, if you're underage you can always get someone else to buy it. First check that she likes it :) People love alcohol as gifts.

Note: Roses and Chocolates always make a great side gift. Small, but shows your love.

I got my girlfriend recently a necklace (it wasn't for her Birthday).
An iconic symbol. Pendant with a round brilliant diamond in sterling silver. Size large, on an 18" chain.

from Tiffany & Co. for I think it was about $560?

It was worth it to see her smile, as it is always. I'd suggest getting your girlfriend something like that. They cost a bit more than $300 but it doesn't have to be Tiffany.

Necklace for something like this. Ring stands for too much at this point in the relationship.

I got a simple diamond necklace for my girlfriend. A small heart filled with diamonds. Was great. I talked the jewelry lady into giving me some huge discount for it.

Girl broke up with me 2 weeks later though...so what do I know. I'm heartless and got the necklace back, so win.

How old are you?

Because 200-300 dollars is not something I would spend on a 9month relationship at my age.

So you've been going out with someone for 9 months yet you still need to ask a gaming forum what to buy for her?

If you know anything about her get her something sentimental to her, something you two share, something only you know, something thats close to her heart. Jewelry? Please dont kid me, that shit is so cliche and shallow that it has no meaning at all.

+90000000 It's my birthday today, and my husband is taking me to the mall. Also, it's not about what you get, it's about spending time with someone. He HATES shopping, so the fact that he will go with me to my favorite stores and I can try stuff on and he doesn't disappear to the game stop or Mac store means more to me than actually getting anything. Plus, we're married, it's my money we're spending anyways :)

Take her out to Dinner and if it's possible a boat trip during the evening if the weather and recourses/temperature allow it.

Pick her up when she's off from work or in you're case school, but don't tell her about it in advance. Then when she's happily surprised to see you, tell her you know it's a special day for you both and that you wanted to do something special just for the two of you. Then take her to a nice and cozy restaurant which isn't to fancy or to cheap/crowded. It's not important if it's expensive as long as it sets the opportunity for a good mood without a lot of distractions or people sitting to close to each other's table. You don't want to share you're feelings of intimacy and love and dreams for the future with that guy at the table in the back right?

Then just be yourself as you normally are when the two of you are together. No need to put on a show in order to sell yourself to her, since she already knows you pretty decently right? Then just make sure it's a nice and lovely evening for the two of you. But be more interested in her daily affairs and just go with the flow, remember you 2 are there to have fun right? It's not a business meeting and you don't have to show off you're cuffs. Just make sure she's enjoying herself.

Whatever you should decide on, good luck with it.

200-300 dollars for a highschool crush?

A bit redundant.

Doesn't matter how long you've known a person, some people can be difficult to buy a gift for. I have trouble knowing what to buy people for Christmas and birthdays, so I plan about a month a head before buying something.

But the shopping and dinner sounds great :D
