Re: One question.
In Brazil we use letters like ú, ô and ã, dunno if this is exactly what you are talking about. There are quite a few countries that do this as far as I know.
Examples of Brazilian Portuguese words (that I can think of right now) with accents or marks, whatever you call it:
Fogão, minúsculo, voô, impossível, ânus, emergência, polícia, paralelepípedo...
They are just something to make writing harder. I don't really understand why this exists, maybe they want to feel especial or smtg lulz. And recently there have been some orthographic reforms here u.u

I meant the "orginal" letters (for me) ÅÄÖ , that Swedish people use. But thanks for your input

Re: One question.
The Dutch language uses "¨" on vowels.
Mainly to see whether 2 vowels should sound as 1 or as 2.
And German has the "¨" as well.

He actually exposed himself a little bit yesterday, by writing the letter Ä on msn, and there is not many countries using 'em.. I think he is from germany actually. One reason is that he is kinda gay and german people are often gay. But one day, he will fail, and I will be there laughing at him. I know BF gonna read this and gonna yell at me on MSN soon thats why I said german ppl are gay. No offence.
EDIT: BF BLOCKED ME ON MSN!
BF remove the block or sig not will be deleted.

I think most, if not all of the forum really don't care where he/she is from.
