Well here it is...
I'm 6"4... But I weigh 235 pounds...
I've got a belly... And well I thought, to stop all sweets and fattening foods

I was thinking... training at the gym every 2nd day, i'm going to be biking everyday since spring is here.. and I will do some extra cardio
I also do endurance swimming on friday nights.. around 3 hours in the pool about 13kms...
You guys think that by the end of june I could possibly get slim? Around 200-210 pounds
It's pushing it, I know but I need that otherwise I will never do it...
You think, with determination I can do it?

I think you can, a few years ago I lost 20+ pounds in 10 weeks. There is a very heart warming and inspirational story that goes with it that I posted in one of Tasdik's threads, but I don't feel like writing it again or finding it. Anyway, the bottom line is the only person stopping you from reaching your goal is yourself, if you don't have the will to do it yourself then no matter what anybody says to you, you will not accomplish your goal.

*runs off to go find it*....brb

Woot found it:
noobert mclagg wrote:I guess ill give my 5 cents from my life experiences.
Well when I was younger I was overweight up until 5th grade and was tired and angry at the way people looked/treated me and way my parents covertly looked/treated me. Ever since like 3rd grade I played lacrosse in the spring, but that was not enough to keep weight down. Then, one year when I went to the doctors for a check-up he said that if I did not get my weight down it would increase my risk for heart disease in the future. So, at that moment I realized that being overweight caused more problems then just being teased or treated differently and decided i was going to get healthy. That summer, I started to run everyday and devised a plan to increase the distance I ran too. At first my dad ran with me which was nice because you hav someone to keep you going( whichI encourage you to do for your bros.) After starting to loose weight it sort of became addictive and kept at because it made me feel good that i was accomplishing what I set out to do(not like compulsive exercise though.) By the end of summer break i lost like 17 pounds and got considerably faster. Now, I am like 5.9 130 pounds and run cross country in the fall, play lacrosse in the spring, and lift weight pretty much year round. So I guess the moral of the story is that no matter how hard you want your brothers to loose weight, they hav to hav the will to do it themselves first.
As for you my friend and your weight problems, its not how much you eat , its what you eat

. You should try to eat food high in protein or take protein supplements (Like Boost, Zone bars, ect) and lift weights so u gain weight but most of that weight is muscle. For example, hav a friend that like 5.6 125 pounds, but he can max out on the bench at 175 pound. Also, Fat weights more than muscle and is more attractive

.
Anyways, I hope I helped and didn't just rant away.

My problem with weight is, not that I eat much. But I don't move a lot.
That's why I'm doing exercises a lot since recently.

Remember, it's all about
what you eat.
And yeah exercise is the key to any diet program.

Yay! I learned that from Runescape!
OT: A more practical definition for his situation, probably means don't die.
