What a sh!tty end to a quite entertaining movie. anyone got the end?

He just lost. His caretaker is the one who killed his dad. Great fighting scenes though.

hmm I know his master was the one who killed his father, but still.
at the end, the emeperor says he should be tortured and killed, but the last scene of the movie you see him being free and older. wtf? how did he escape?
