I said these things in 96-97ish... and even then, some of them were older. Conversely, some of those are new to me.

No, I never did that. I spent most of my childhood in Germany, where people are civilized.

However in New Zealand people still did that in 7th & 8th Grade. Imbiciles.

it's fun to bring them up sometimes in real conversations to see if anyone remebers
