Refusal drug

Sadly my mother is an alcohol addict and she has been in treatment for the past ~two months for it.

Anyways, I'm not content with her clinic but it can't really be changed. As it is now she can just go whenever she wants and in the weekends she's basically free.
I tried convincing her that staying there over the weekend was much better, but when there's no one there the place gets really depressing. Instead, she now comes home in the weekends.

I told her she could only come if she took a drug, called Refusal, which will make you so sick when you take alcohol you would almost want to kill yourself. I have told her explicitly I want to know exactly when these drugs wear off and I want to see them being taken.

Anyways, the drug came without any instructions attached and she claims she only needs to take one per day. I have completely lost every bit of faith in her so I need to know exactly how long these things work and what side effects they can have.
I thought she was already trying to cover up a possible attempt by saying the side effects could cause her to be really sick (same effects as taking alcohol).

The thing is, I can't find any information on this drug. When I google Refusal anti alcohol drug I get a lot of sites about alcohol anti alcohol etc. When I add the dosage (280mg) I also find nothing.

Is there any medical database I can check or something like that? Does anyone have experience with family members or friends taking a drug of the same sort?
I would appreciate any help in finding the specifics of this drug.

dosage can very from patient to patient i suggest u admit ur mother to ur doc to get exact dosage

she might not have been lying i mean not even you knew the doage and you said yourself the information was hard to find....but its nice to see that you care enough about your mom not to just walk away from her....hope you too can get through it together...it'll be easier than doing it alone

She said needed to take 1/day which is correct after the first 3 days. Thus lying isn't really correct about that part.
