Tupac Shakur today?

Even thought Tupac Shakur died, on several remix of new songs you can hear/see " ... ft.Tupac"
So I guess they use some kind of software or something but I wonder how they recreat exactly his voice??
Hope someone can clear this up for me

They just use voice clips from studio recordings, etc.

Tupac recorded a rediculous amount of music in a very short time period so there is tons of unreleased stuff by him still coming out.
