yes, all HDMI cables are the same. if it's digital, you either get a picture or you don't, unlike analog.
just dont listen to the hype and be a dumbass and buy a $250 Monster brand HDMI cable like many people. A generic $5 HDMI will give you the exact same picture.

NOOOOO
Sorry but they are NOT all the same, and i really mean NOT all the same, its
not the price its the quality.
So when you buy your cable check reviews on different websites and buy the best
one you can find. generally gold plated HDMI cables are better then normal
ones and as such provide a better picture and sound quality.

Well the reviews look okay for it.
Just shop around a bit...what you wanna go for is one with good
reviews and a price you can afford.

They all do the same thing, just the quality of the cable is different. The >9000 feet MONSTER cables are extremely durable and some with a lifetime warranty. I got some shitty $10 HDMI cable from like some whole sale place and it works just fine. Except, unlike the MONSTER cables, this random one I bought will probably only last me a year, then the signal goes shitty.

Not really sure - I found conflicting ideas on this. But just to be on the safe side, I bought the Sony HDMI cable set for my PS3.

apparently the huge advertising money they spent make a lot of people unintelligent.
HDMI = Digital product = transmits 0s and 1s.... you either get a picture or you don't. A $1,000,000 cable have the
exact same picture quality as a $3 cable.
with analog cables, yes, it will degrade and make the picture grainy.

Seriously do yourself a favor and buy a $10 HDMI cable. That's the sweet spot for quality and price.
