The point of a challenge you placed on yourself, means you yourself must solve the puzzle. Don't look for outside answers if you can't figure it out. Place it somewhere out of sight then try again a day later. You'll be refreshed enough to try again.

Topic Starter: If you manage to beat the lower ranked version of the Cubes, you should try to get you're hands on a 5x5 Professor Cube. I believe it might offer you even better forms of fascination. But naturally, it's a bit more complicated as well but that's where the fun and challenges lie right? I got one as a gift roughly 3 years ago and managed to complete it the same day it was given to me. So, perhaps you might like it as well.

Actually i wouldnt mind having the power 2 fire rubix cubes instantaneously at a person. It would probably cause a concussion and mind rape em at the same time!.

Light years is a unit of distance not time. Secondly, no need to be a smart ass with your post seeing how the furthest you went with explaining what it was--was " 2x2x2 cube". I haven't seen anyone with or talk about a Rubik's cube in ages so it's not hard to believe everyone else didn't immediately catch on when you called it by the name "ice cube". If you were going to make the topic to begin with you should have made a similar post like izmeister did then followed by your question, instead of just +1'ing it later like a twat.

Anyway, like I said it's been a while since I've last toyed with one...I wasn't even aware they made different kinds. The only other one I've ever seen before is the one that has a hexagon shape to it.

Which looks like it would snap your brain....*let's the nostalgic feeling take over and runs to the basement to find his dusty rubik's cube*

Totally agree with Grimjaw and Hostage on this one.

Keep trying to solve the cube yourself. This is just a
small one, wait till you try a bigger.

And i too think the best way of starting a topic like
this is by explaining what you're working with. It's
the same thing with someone asking a math question.
Nobody starts with "what's X?" and expects everyone
to know what the story or formula behind it is.
