In the past few months, of financial uncertainty Governments have been bailing out many companies. The United States recent 1.3 trillion dollar stimulus package may not sound all that large as the term is often thrown around like a dogs breakfast.

I'm not totally sure. Though a lot of western countries take $ from the World Bank.

Well actually if things were to go bad, I think everyone would go down together. How would china sell anything when no one would buy from them?
