I know some people who study motion graphic, Im telling this would take months if not years. Though i'm pretty sure he got some sort of permission from the city council, otherwise it would be crazy to do it.

And yes O_M_F_G unbelivable work. Speechless when i watch it. Could use some music to go along with it though.

If you look at the shadings/sun/clouds you can see he/she works VERY fast.
