but anyhow I don't drink them because they're loaded with caffeine which is bad for your heart. It might help a bit, but it really ruins your body in the long run. Its like overclocking a comp, yes it runs faster for a while, but the parts ware out faster as well.

E-Drinks are bad for your health. They kill crucial enzymes.

Any time i drink e-drink, i fall asleep in 5mins.

energy drinks contain about 1000x more of some of the things you require. that just can't be good for you. don't really like them anyway, they don't give me energy to start with.

when u need energy go and eat a big steak or take a nap ..
