You can watch some instructional Youtube videos, that's how I've been getting through my chemistry class all year, my teacher can't cut the mustard so I must go in the kitchen and do it myself.

I'm a 100% dutch that speaks engrish better then dutch.. xD
I also use all my stuff in engrish, my hyves, my cell, my youtube and my laptop are in fully english, it's so much more understandable for me in english..
(yea, I know I wrote engrish 2 times, just for lulz
)
