Fractured toe
I got a fractured toe today, and it definatly is annoying. It happened when I was at the beach today playing football, and then my pinky toe on my left foot got caught in hard sand, and it fractured, being a pain in the butt. I just got home, and put ice on it.. but luckily it isnt broken( most likely, but hopefully ). I'm going to tape it as soon as my ice starts to melt. If you've ever had this probelm, how long did yours take to heal? Mine has slight swelling, and bits of pain when I put alot of pressure on it.
Re: Fractured toe
I've broken my pinky toe 8 times. The last time I broke it almost my whole foot was purple from bruising. It took almost 9 months for it to completely stop hurting. Craziness it was.

Re: Fractured toe
Well, its still a pain as of right now because it causes me to limp, or avoid putting pressure on my left foot to walk. I taped it up, and hopefully it'll heal up. I've never broken a bone in my life so I wouldnt know what it feels like
It'll also keep me from playing sports, which will be annoying

I'm pretty sure a giant rock would make you need more than a few stitches.. More like a few plastics. ,p

Re: Fractured toe
The only real way to know if it is fractured is to get it x-rayed.

Or don't pull your foot up enough when walking up those stupid 3 inch concrete steps in front of your front door with no shoes on and you smack it on the step.

Re: Fractured toe
I've never broken a bone but I have had a fractured right arm once in 2nd grade while fooling around on the playground.
You should go to a doctor immediately, there really is no difference. Walking around with a fractured toe is not a good idea
