Recently, i often got electrically shocked when i touch metal. My chamber is warm, I don't know what's the cause and it's kinda annoying. Help?

Static usually builds up when the air is dry(the water molecules in damp air can dissipate charge better). Also, consider changing the clothes you wear from polyester/nylon to cotton.
