I like most of the songs used during melbourne shuffle clips on youtube, search it up and see if you find anything you like.

If you have a laptop, just hook it up to your sound system and open
last.fm or
Pandora. Put in a popular artist for whatever genre you want, say Lil' Wayne for Hip-Hop if that's the kind of music you want.
The players will automatically play related songs. I suggest last.fm among the two though since its player recommends songs based on popularity, so you'll mostly get mainstream music. (Pandora on the other hand bases its recommendations on the songs' inherent qualities such as rhythm, melody, lyrics, etc. so you might end up with some weird unknown songs or artists)
You can also go to
imeem and search playlists that other people made.

My first suggestion in the techo department would be
http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/60919 (let the intro play out before judging it)
If you like that I can see what else I can find for you =).

Make it a rave party, anything with a techno constant beat = win.

Here, parties in my town, there's always first dance/electro and later on hardstyle.
On big parties they always invite hardstyle dj's together with normal dj's like wout etc., and those are regular parties
and bloodyblade will agree with me^^
