heres my top 5 creepiest villains
give me more names, im looking for more psycho, and not supernatural stuff.
5. The cable guy- jim carey
4. Saw dude, real psycho (ive only seen teh first 2)
3. Joker, recent one, older one is a joke
2. Chugre (pernounced sugar)- no country for old men
drum roll-------------
1. Hannibal lectur- anthony hopkins

I think it's actually a comedy, but jim carey is a fuckin' freak. He like finds this guy and is like "Hey, I can get you free cable" and the guy's like "k", but then jim carey stalks him for like a year or some shit, i can't explain it, I totally slaughtered the story with my mundane explanation.
So go and watch it, now.

I don't watch a lot of horror flicks, but here's my top 5 anyways
5. Kurt Russell - Death Proof
4. Ichi - Ichi the Killer (Takashi Miike)
3. Robin Williams - Final Cut
2. The Devil - The Exorcist
1. Jack Nicholson - The Shining

none of the movies i listed are horror. as i stated, i said more psycho realted. only saw up there can be considered a horror.
regarding the cable guy,
its hilarious but he is the closest to being human out of all five. as in having human traits. he is jsut insane... ly funny

Villain = antagonist. In this case, Jim Carrey stalks the guy, ruins his relationship, ruins his life, all because the guy won't be his friend and spend time with him.

Yet your list does have some merit, the joker and Hannibal. Apart from that

I meant horror as in an overall scary movie thing. I don't like to watch anything even remotely scary. But as far as creepy, psychotic nutjobs go, if you've never seen Ichi or One Hour Photo, those "villians" will blow your mind
If you think Jim Carrey in Cable Guy was psycho...Robin Williams will make your skin crawl
Make sure you get a Japanese language (subbed) version of Ichi also. There are moments in there that absolutely do not translate.
