Windows Vista and Wireless Net.. Grrrr help plz
Ok, I have two pcs runnin vista, I have a Wireless G Netgear router, and my one pc is running both a Ethernet port and a Wireless Card, and it says my router is unidentified, but my other pc with wireless and Ethernet port detect without a problem. MY router is perfectly configured it seems, I run my 360, ps3, psp, and laptops off of it fine, but my one pc just hates it? can any give me some solutions, would be greatly appreciated

Uhhh check drivers and stuff for your PC's wireless card? Make sure they are up to date/correct.

they detect them fine, my Trend(w/e its called) drivers are right, and Via onboard Ethernet works fine as well, it detects the access point, connects, identifies, and h8s(say undentified network)... i also took of my security as well (no keys) just open and still h8s me)

So are you trying to connect to the wireless network or using the Ethernet port? Disable the ethernet port if you're not using it. Have you tried "diagnose the problem"?

Well i configured my IPv4 to automatically obtain everything for my ethernet port (it worked) but then I tried the same for my Wireless but not so lucky, should I do manual and get the info from my domain ip or my router ip?
