14year old girl arrested for texting n class.
FEBRUARY 17--A 14-year-old Wisconsin girl who refused to stop texting during a high school math class was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to police. The teenager was busted last Wednesday at Wauwatosa East High School after she ignored a teacher's demand that she cease texting. The girl, whose name we have redacted from the below Wauwatosa Police Department report, initially denied having a phone when confronted by a school security officer. However, the phone was located after the girl was frisked by a female cop. The Samsung Cricket, the police report noted, was recovered "from the buttocks area" of the teenager. The student was issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct, which carried "a bail of $298," and had her phone confiscated. The girl, who was barred from school property for a week, is scheduled for an April 20 court appearance on the misdemeanor rap

I dont think kids should be able to have phones at school unless they are having a family crisis and if they need to use it to go out in the hall. Kids today have no sense of pride or discipline. When I was in school we were not allowed to have phones period. If we needed to call home or someone needed to call us they called the office and they came and got us. I look at the kids around the area I live and they are getting more and more out of control. I think one of the big reasons is the parents are too scared of getting charged with child abuse so they let their kids do whatever they want. My dad whipped my ass with a belt until I was 15 or 16 years old and after that he would just backhand me. I hated it at the time but looking back it taught me respect, something a lot of kids today lack. I think it is a good thing this girl got arrested and I hope more schools follow their example. There is no reason to talk or text on a phone at school and in class, you are there to learn. If they dont like it, tough shit.

Title is very misleading. She was texting in class and hides her phone in her ass. Teacher calls police after she refuses to give it to her. Police ask her to give the phone. She says she doesn't have it. And then they search her and find it.

See what I bolded? She lied to the police. Which is something you really can get arrested for. Also is how she was arrested.

IMO she deserved it. Why? Being the whore she is using her phone during class and having the nerve lying not just to the teacher, but to the authorities as well.

I completely agree with what Blood Lust said. Teenagers these days have no respect or discipline. There is no reason to be texting in class and when I see a dumb girl in my class texting I make as big a point of it happening as I can.

She didn't lie to the police, she lied to the school security officer, who doesn't have the power to arrest her and what she says to them can't be used against her in court.

I agree wit the above where parents can just call the school. Texting can cause a problem because it can start a fight as in organizing one.

If there was an emergency and everyone called 911 the tower would get jammed with hundreds of kids calling at once.
